A0WMPJ, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 26,
2009 and now amount to 4.95% (this corresponds to 4525436 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6, Sentence 2 of the
