As a pioneer in MOCVD technology, AIXTRON set an industry standard as early as 1994 with its ISO 9001 certification. In 2003, the company was recertified based on a process-oriented management system, followed by the transition to ISO 9001:2015 in 2017. Since then, the management system has been continuously expanded to include ISO 50001 for energy management (2014), ISO 14001 for environmental management (2022), and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management (2026). Regular monitoring and surveillance audits conducted by independent certification bodies ensure ongoing conformity.

	TÜV certification An independent, impartial organization in Germany that carries out safety and performance testing, as well as certification inspections. AIXTRON systems are built to meet the highest standards.
	ETL certification An independent, impartial organization that carries out safety and performance testing, as well as certification inspections. AIXTRON systems are built to meet the highest Standards.
	UL-listed National US standard for electrical lines and components. Most AIXTRON components are UL-certified, which means they comply with the highest standards in quality and safety.
