What I particularly like about AIXTRON is the opportunity to help shape the technology of the future. The projects that we are currently implementing focus on future trends. So even as a student assistant, I get the chance to contribute, lead my own projects and make decisions. As a student assistant at AIXTRON, I was involved in the further development of an autonomous controller for MOCVD systems. As part of the team, I helped to optimise the production processes. Even during my studies, I was excited by the prospect of engaging in theoretical and practical work as part of a team. Today, I’m a salaried development engineer responsible for drive technology and prototype development.
