In my position I am the link between headquarters and the Asian AIXTRON subsidiaries. I am responsible for the quotation and contract process and the project realisation of our systems through to delivery. The combination of varied, responsible and cross-cultural tasks presents me with exciting challenges every day that allow me to grow personally.

When it comes to figures, we have everything under control! The Finance & Controlling team is responsible for the overall financial management at AIXTRON. Internally, it paves the way for financing the development and research of new technologies and current and future megatrends. We scrutinise the status quo and contribute our expertise and advice to relevant corporate decisions and strategy developments. In addition, we continue to develop financial reporting and manage new projects such as the permanent further development of SAP-ERP. Special projects in the context of digitalisation and optimisation of processes are also part of our tasks. In the Human Resources department, we see it as our job to provide the best possible support to the AIXTRON workforce in all matters and to support them with our expertise.
