AIXTRON has two state-of-the-art research and development laboratories in Herzogenrath (GER), Cambridge (UK). Both are equipped with the latest generation of systems for the development of new processes, materials and production procedures. Close cooperation with our international sales and service offices ensures customer-oriented product development.
Around 250 specialised scientists and engineers at AIXTRON research tomorrow's technology trends every day. Inspired by the idea of transforming ideas into marketable products, we perfect existing products and work with our research partners to advance the development of innovative materials.
We work with excellent universities, research centres and industrial partners worldwide to implement demanding projects at a national and international level. Through the intensive exchange of ideas with renowned scientists, for example, we achieve new results in nanotechnology and are constantly researching new materials and technologies.
