Your Challenge

·    Manage and support multiple small-to-medium engineering applications

·    Act as the primary IT contact for assigned applications

·    Enable system availability, performance, and lifecycle management

·    Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements

·    Perform hands-on configuration, testing, validation, and minor implementations

·    Drive small improvement initiatives and optimizations

·    Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, IT security, and digital strategy

·    Support integration with PLM, ERP, and adjacent systems where required

·    Maintain documentation, governance standards, and compliance requirements

·    Proactively identify automation and efficiency opportunities

·    Evaluate change requests

 

The skills needed

·    3–5 years’ relevant experience in application management in engineering, manufacturing, or software-driven environments

·    Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

·    Solution-focused and pragmatic approach

·    Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in parallel

·    Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows

·    Good communication skills and stakeholder orientation

·    Structured and independent working style

·    Fluent business English
