Your Challenge

As part of our agile software development team, you will architect and build modern, scalable backend systems and the platform infrastructure that powers our solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop a robust software platform that integrates machine learning solutions and applications in a modular, plugin-based architecture, with a focus on API design, database architecture, and data pipeline implementations.
• Architect and develop solutions for air-gapped deployment environments in the semiconductor industry, including event-based systems, data streaming pipelines, and containerized deployment strategies.
• Drive technical decisions around software architecture, design patterns, and technology stack choices, including ORM frameworks and relational database systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of our testing, deployment workflows, and system integration practices while bringing fresh ideas, structure, and positive energy to the team.
• Actively participate in our agile software devekopment workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of our engineering practices.



What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong experience in backend development, software architecture, and Python with modern frameworks (particularly Django) and databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience with event-based architectures, data streaming pipelines, and efficiently handling large datasets using tools like Pandas and Parquet.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and deployment in restricted network or air-gapped environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows to enhance development productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset - you work independently, think strategically, and bring creative ideas to the table.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to bring structure and positive energy to the team.
• A portfolio of your work, including GitHub repository or other proof of previous projects.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus but not required.
