Your Challenge

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using UiPath to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency
• Analyze existing business processes together with stakeholders to identify automation potential and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build, test, and deploy UiPath workflows, including attended and unattended automations, following best practices and enterprise standards
• Support the integration of RPA solutions with AI-driven workflows to enable intelligent process automation (IPA)
• Maintain and monitor deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve solution performance and reliability
• Contribute to the development and documentation of RPA governance frameworks, naming conventions, and coding standards
• Collaborate closely with the Automation & AI team based at AIXTRON headquarters in Aachen, Germany, as well as with Business Units and international stakeholders
• Stay current with new UiPath features, automation technologies, and industry best practices

The skills needed

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
• You have 2–4 years of professional experience in RPA development, ideally with UiPath; relevant UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate or Developer) are a strong plus
• You have practical experience in designing and building UiPath workflows, including knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and the UiPath platform ecosystem
• You have a good understanding of process analysis, process mapping, and business process optimization
• You bring foundational programming or scripting skills (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript) and are experienced with enterprise UiPath development practices such as REFramework
• You have an understanding of APIs, web services, and database concepts to support integration scenarios
• You are familiar with agile methodologies and collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
• You have an interest in AI-enhanced automation and are eager to learn how RPA and AI can be combined for intelligent automation
• You work independently, are well-organized, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• You are motivated to grow within the Automation & AI team in Sofia and help establish it as a key capability hub for AIXTRON
