  Your Challenge

·             Lead and manage complex PLM transformation projects

·             Align PLM strategy with business objectives and digital roadmap

·             Optimize processes (requirements mgmt., BOM and BOP mgmt., variant/configuration                  mgmt., change mgmt.)

·             Drive integration between PLM and ERP systems

·             Manage external implementation partners and stakeholders

·             Ensure scalability, compliance, and enterprise architecture alignment

·             Actively support solution validation, testing, and implementation when required

The skills needed

• ·       Strong experience in managing PLM projects in industrial environments·       Deep knowledge of PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill·       Strong understanding of product lifecycle data models·       Expertise in variants management and change management·       Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts·       Good understanding of production processes and ERP systems, preferably with S/4HANA standards·       Experience in digital transformation programs·       Strong financial awareness in project environments·       Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills·       Grate team player but able to work independently·       Fluent business English·       Minimum 5 years’ experience
