Your Responsibilities

• Support SAP user access and authorization management activities in SAP ECC 6.0
• Maintain SAP users, roles, and authorization assignments
• Help ensure compliance with internal security, audit, and governance standards
• Support daily SAP Basis operations under the guidance of senior team members
• Contribute to monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities across SAP environments
• Assist with SAP transports, client administration, and system housekeeping activities
• Support the further development and operation of the SAP S/4HANA technology stack
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external service providers
• Create and maintain technical documentation as required

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• You have up to two years of professional experience in SAP user access and authorization management or related SAP support functions
• You have a strong interest in developing your SAP Basis administration skills
• You are highly motivated to learn and grow within SAP S/4HANA technology environments and bring a basic understanding of SAP systems and IT infrastructure concepts
• You have an analytical mindset and a structured way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
• Initial exposure to SAP Basis administration tasks, basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments, and a good understanding of IT service management processes are an advantage.
• You have excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• You are highly motivated to grow within the Data & AI team in Sofia and contribute to building a strong, scalable data foundation for AIXTRON's digital transformation
