In your role as Group Accountant (f/m/d), you will ensure the further development and design of the Group reporting system and thereby promote compliance with global quality standards. In addition to day-to-day operations, you will also actively participate in special projects in the areas of transfer pricing, reporting and KPIs. 

Your tasks:

  • Assistance in the timely preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements according to IFRS for actuals, budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation of group notes under IFRS in German and English for inclusion in our quarterly and annual published reports
  • Responsible for further development and review of the efficient and correct preparation of financial statements using our worldwide SAP ERP and Consolidation systems
  • Development and regular updates of the Group Accounting Manual
  • Contact person for accounting and reporting issues in the Group environment as well as for auditors and tax consultants
  • Processing of special topics within the framework of IFRS accounting (e.g. revenue recognition, leases, intangible assets)
  • Implement accounting guidelines and intercompany transactions
  • Contact person for internal and external parties (e.g. Executive Board, auditors) and preparing presentations in connection with these topics
  • Involvement in special projects (M&A, transfer pricing, reporting, KPI)

Your profile:

  • Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting / auditing
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of auditing or group accounting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and national accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary work in an international multi-cultural environment
  • Quick thinking, problem-solver and self-starting mentality
  • Experience in office products and ideally SAP
  • Fluent in German and English
