Have you found the right job for you in our postings or do you want to send a speculative application? Fantastic! Various steps have to be taken between you sending your online application and us making you a job offer. We will explain these below.
You can send your application to us by mail or by post – the quickest way is via our online application form. This way, you can upload all key documents, such as your application letter, CV, or certificates. Your CV should refer to the requirements of the job advert and show why you are the right person for the job at AIXTRON. Your application letter gives you the chance to introduce yourself and give us an initial impression of you as a potential employee. Once we have received your application, we will quickly send you confirmation of receipt. As a general rule, the individual review of your documents by the HR department and the relevant specialist department takes four to six weeks.
You aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you in person and invite you to an initial job interview. Here, you will talk to your potential manager and the HR department about your experience, your skills, and what attracted you to AIXTRON. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the job, your future team, and AIXTRON. Here are some tips: Make sure you are well prepared for the interview. Try to find out as much as you can about AIXTRON and about the department and position you are applying for. Be able to tell us about your strengths and your previous successes. Show us why you are the ideal candidate for the job.
You convinced us! You will very soon receive a contract offer from us.
