What will my first few weeks at AIXTRON be like? How does the company help new employees?

We will not throw you in at the deep end, but will help and support you over an extended period when you join us – right through to when you have really settled in. What counts for us is that you should quickly feel at ease and soon be able to contribute to your team’s success. We offer you a well-structured, in-depth period of onboarding to guarantee you a successful start. 
You will be accompanied throughout your entire onboarding phase. Regular feedback sessions with your manager will ensure that you receive the support you need to obtain the best results.
