The Role:

In your function as IT Security Operations Graduate, you will develop to be responsible for day-to-day activities in the field of IT security. This will involve investigating security incidents, assessing threats and vulnerabilities and analysing risks present in the internal and external environments to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and IT services throughout the AIXTRON Group.

Your responsibilities:

• Dealing with 1st line technical support issues, via phone, Teams, email and face-to-face and escalating as necessary using the ticketing system
• Assigning and requesting access  
• Onboarding and offboarding process for users
• Installing/configuring new software and hardware
• Dealing with IT suppliers
• Providing support in-line with agreed SLAs

Your profile:

• Relevant degree in an IT related subject or equivalent
• Knowledge of Active Directory administration in an Enterprise environment (desirable but not essential)
• ITIL awareness (desirable) 
• Windows 10 
• MS Office 2016 / 365, including Teams
• PC hardware / software installation
• Good telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, a professional approach and a strong attention to detail
• Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving 
• A+, relevant Microsoft Certification, CMNO, CCNA (desirable)
