AIXTRON plans capital increase from corporate funds The executive and supervisory board of AIXTRON AG today decided to propose to the shareholders´ annual meeting, an increase of its subscribed capital from corporate funds of DM 12,500,000, from DM 12,500,000 to DM 25,000,000. This would be effected by a share split at a ratio of 1:1.
