AIXTRON OPENS JAPANESE UNIT

Aixtron has opened a customer support base in Tokyo called Aixtron KK. Together with its partner Moritani, the new subsidiary will be offering customer service, spare parts and process support for the Aixtron product group, which includes Thomas Swan and Epigress MOCVD systems. Future sales of the company's reactors will continue to be handled by Moritani, with the technical support supplied by Aixtron KK.
