AIXTRON Inc. appoints Bob Ochrym as its
National Sales Manager

Aachen / Chicago, IL, USA, 27 January, 2004 – AIXTRON Inc. US-subsidiary of AIXTRON AG, is pleased to announce that Mr. Bob Ochrym has joined our team as National Sales Manager. He is responsible for sales of the entire production portfolio of the AIXTRON group.

AIXTRON Inc.'s latest entrant shows an impressive know-how in developing new markets for existing products, as well as introducing new products. He could gather experiences in various fields among others he worked on development programs in the semiconductor material industry (GaAs, InP, GaN) for commercial applications and epitaxial wafer, die and devices for the LED industry. These background combined with Bob Ochrym's strong business development skills will push AIXTRON's customer-oriented approach of the US-market.
