Today, the 150th AIX 2600G3 has been sold. This multipurpose MOCVD machine is the third generation of MOVPE equipment with Planetary Reactor®. It can be used for all kinds of applications such as III-V, III-Nitrides, II-VI and SiC materials. It has flexible capacities and an Silicon industry like reactor automation.

The AIXTRON group offers a wide range of epitaxial systems for MOVPE, VPE and LPE from R&D-oriented systems up to large-scale Planetary Reactor® production systems for up to 25x4" or 9x6" wafers. AIXTRON has installed over 350 systems worldwide and is represented in over 15 countries.
