AIXTRON enhances its Customer Support in Taiwan
The number of AIXTRON customers and AIXTRON systems in Taiwan has been increasing tremendously within the last couple of years. To provide optimum customer support, AIXTRON and their representative Challentech have been extending the AIXTRON service and process support team, as well as the AIXTRON spare parts stock continuously.
As a further step in providing the best
service to all AIXTRON customers, Dr. Christian Geng will be heading the AIXTRON team in Taiwan as Director of
Sales and Customer Support Taiwan.
Dr. Christian Geng was born in Germany, but he has also lived in the USA and Italy. Before joining AIXTRON, he had been using AIXTRON MOCVD systems for the growth of Lasers and LEDs for over 7 years. At AIXTRON, he has been working for almost 3 years as Product Manager in charge of the Asia-Pacific region, travelling to Taiwan frequently. Now, he will be stationed permanently in Taiwan as Director of Sales and Customer Support Taiwan.
AIXTRON is proud of the strong team in Taiwan which consists of: Dr. Christian Geng, Bernd Wachtendorf, Helmke Heller, Martin E. Wilcox, Heinrich Cremer, Mehmet Oezdemir, with the excellent support of: Hoton Chang, Derek Wu, Harrison Chien, Boris Chang, Ken Kuo, Kevin Shiau, Clio Chen, Joanna Chen, Jessie Chen, Sandra Cheng.
This team in Taiwan gets powerful backup from Germany by: Dr Joerg Soellner, Thomas Korst, Alexander Dieteren, Petra Weyers, Dr. Bernd Schoettker, Klaus-Dieter Huetter, Rudolf Esser, Dr. Michael Topf, Dr. Ulrich May - all of them are working for Sales and Service in Taiwan! The whole team will do their best to provide the quickest and best service to ensure highest uptime, maximum operation efficiency, and direct response to inquiries.
Dr. Holger Juergensen, President of AIXTRON comments: "This is an important step within AIXTRON's plan to open a new office in the Science Based Industrial Park, and to intensify collaborations with Taiwanese partners in several research projects.
